The dedicated members of our cardiac rehabilitation team include a medical director, physicians, and cardiac rehabilitation nurses. Each of these professionals has specialized training, interest and experience in caring for heart patients in all phases of recovery and rehabilitation.

Cardiac rehabilitation consists of an individualized program of exercise, education, and support for patients recovering from: a heart attack, coronary artery bypass surgery, angioplasty, stable angina, heart transplant, heart valve repair or replacement, or coronary stenting.
