ANESTHESIOLOGIST JOINS MEDICAL STAFF

Sunbury Community Hospital is pleased to announce the addition of Phillip J. Cusano, M.D. to the active medical staff.  Dr. Cusano completed a residency in anesthesia at the Yale University School of Medicine.  Prior to coming to Sunbury, Dr. Cusano served as the Chair of the Department of Anesthesiology at Northern Vermont Regional Hospital, St. Johnsbury, VT.

Dr. Cusano is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology.  He graduated from St. George’s University School of Medicine, Grenada, WI, and completed an internship in internal medicine at the University of Medical and Dentistry of New Jersey.  Dr. Cusano is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the American Medical Association, and the Society of Critical Care Medicine.
