When seeking any services at Sunbury Community Hospital, it is very important that you bring your insurance identification cards, a photo ID, a signed order from your physician and/or any necessary referrals from your physician office.

On the day of your test, please try to arrive 1/2 hour prior to your appointment for registration. The registration department is located in the lobby of the main building. Central Registration hours are Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Direct admissions to the hospital are handled in the Central Registration Department Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Admissions after 7:00 p.m on the weekdays and 11:30 am on Saturday are handled in the Emergency Room.
